Mental Health Standards ("we," "us," "our") is an independent advocacy and evidence-based research organization committed to:
- Truth in Medicine: Publishing peer-reviewed evidence and expert analysis without undue influence.
- Free Speech: Protecting your right to speak, share, and receive information without censorship.
- Liberty: Respecting individual autonomy, informed consent, and personal agency in healthcare decisions.
- Anti-Centralization: Resisting monopolistic control of information and advocating for distributed, transparent systems.
- Anti-Tyranny: Standing against coercive practices, abuse of power, and systems that harm vulnerable populations.
3. Use License
Unless otherwise marked, our original site content is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). This means you may copy, share, and adapt our original work for non-commercial purposes when you provide appropriate credit and license derivative works under the same license.
Any commercial use requires prior written permission from Mental Health Standards. This includes use by for-profit publishers, paywalled platforms, and corporate training programs.

This Site is controlled and operated from Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. We make no representation that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited.
